Eligibility
Participation is open to Undergraduate students, Postgraduate students, PhD scholars, interns, faculty members, and professionals from Physiotherapy and Allied Health Sciences.
Abstract Submission
Participants must submit their abstract on or before 28th March 2026.

- Word limit: 250–300 words
- Abstract should include:
- Title
- Author(s) name and affiliation
- Background
- Objective
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion

Poster Specifications
- Poster size: A1
- Orientation: Portrait
- Font should be clearly readable from 1–1.5 meters distance
- Use clear headings, figures, and charts
Poster Content
The poster should include:
- Title of the study
- Author(s) name and affiliation
- Introduction
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References
Presentation Format
- Participants must display their poster at the assigned venue.
- Each participant will be given 5 minutes to explain the poster to the judges.
Evaluation Criteria
Posters will be evaluated based on:
- Scientific content
- Clarity and visual presentation
- Innovation and originality
- Clinical relevance to physiotherapy
- Presenter’s explanation
General Instructions
- Participants must bring a printed poster.
- The presenting author must register for the conference.
- Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
- The decision of the judges will be final.
- Certificates will be awarded to all participants, and best poster awards will be given.
