Guidelines for Paper Presentation

Eligibility:

Participation is open to Undergraduate students, Postgraduate students, PhD scholars, interns, faculty members, and professionals from Physiotherapy and Allied Health Sciences.

Abstract Submission:

Participants must submit their abstract on or before 28th March 2026.

Abstract Requirements

• Word limit: 250–300 words
• Abstract should include:

• Title of the study
• Author(s) name and affiliation
• Background
• Objective
• Methodology
• Results
• Conclusion

Paper Presentation Format

• Presentation must be prepared in PowerPoint format.
• Maximum 8–10 slides.
• Time limit:

• Presentation: 6 minutes
• Discussion: 2 minutes

Evaluation Criteria

Papers will be evaluated based on:

• Scientific originality
• Research methodology
• Clarity and organisation of presentation
• Ability to answer questions

Publication Opportunity

Selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in a Web of Science (WoS) indexed journal, subject to peer review and editorial approval.

General Instructions

• The presenting author must register for the conference.
• Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
• The decision of the judges will be final.
• Certificates will be awarded to all presenters, and best paper awards will be given.
