ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR UP-PATHCON 2024

Last date of abstract submission for Oral Paper/poster presentation is 31st August 2024.
Only registered delegates can submit abstract.
Presenting author should be UPIAPM life/ associate member.
If due to technical problems UPIAPM number allotment is delayed, then the scanned form with transaction details should be attached.
Abstract with UPIAPM number of the presenter submitted to smcuppathcon2024@gmail.com in MS word format will be considered.
Abstracts should be structured as follows: Title (In capital letters without abbreviations), Name of Authors, Name of institute, Introduction, Aim and objectives, Material & Methods, Result and Conclusion (word limit should not exceed 250 excluding the headings, authors details & key words).
Underline the name of presenter.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Poster presentation will be physical and should be printed in portrait layout of size 120 cm in length and 84 cm width or 3.5ft (height) x 2.5 ft (width) ,under following headings:

Introduction, Objectives, Aim and objectives, Material & Methods, Results/Case Report, Discussion and Conclusion.

Poster must be placed in designated area between 9.00 am and 11.00 am on 28th and 29th September 2024.
Material for putting up the poster will be provided at the venue.
Presenter must be available at the time of poster evaluation, failing which certificate will not be issued.

Oral Paper presentation shall be in the form of power point.
Each presentation will be granted 5 minutes, followed by 2 minutes discussion.
All presenters should follow the allotted time limit.

Certificate will be issued after presentation.
