*POSTER MAKING & PRESENTING INSTRUCTIONS:

THEME: Forensic Medicine /Science

POSTER MAKING RULES:

• Poster must be on Standard Chart Paper (Light Colour).

• Acceptable tools of drawing / painting include pencil, crayon, sketch, pastel, water colour, poster colour, etc. (Photographs, wires, and other 3D objects are not acceptable.)

• The poster must not include national flags, or slogans.

• The Poster must not represent any particular individual, organization, or brand name and must not depict any religious theme.

• Individual Name, Programme Name, Batch and College Name must be clearly mentioned on the back of poster in the English/Hindi Language.

• The theme should be the main focus of the poster.

• Scoring will be done on basis of neat and clean work as well as idea fulfilling the objective of Theme

POSTER PRESENTATION RULES:

•Participants are required to reach 15 minutes before the starting of competition at the given venue.

• A poster should be an individual effort only, joint presentation would not be acceptable.

• All posters submitted for competition shall become the property of organizing Committee. Decision taken by organizing Committee will be the final decision.

• Winning posters under the mentioned award categories will receive trophy and e- certificate along with the participation certificate.
