About Symposium cum Workshop

Forensic deals with an investigation of physical evidences pertaining to criminal cases by using scientific concepts and methodologies while forensic medicine deals with crimes affecting human body by way of medicolegal and autopsy examinations. The crime scene is the most important place for the investigating officers from where they can get the useful information about the crime and can gather evidences about what occurred during the crime. Forensic professionals play an essential role in investigating the evidences through medicolegal examination of human body, laboratory testing and examine the evidences before recording the findings. This symposium cum workshop will provide an opportunity to know about the trends of developments and technology used by various forensic experts to deal with the real time problems of criminal investigation process.

OBJECTIVES:

1. To understand the basic principles and methods used in Forensic Medicine & Science for investigating processes.
2. To determine the cause of an incident by analyzing the evidence collected from the crime scene.
