Guidelines for Abstract and Full Length Articles
1. Title:
Should be concise (maximum 25 words).
Written in Title Case (e.g., “Effect of Exercise on Cardiovascular Health”).
Avoid abbreviations or symbols.
2. Author(s) and Affiliation(s):
Include full names of all authors.
Mention institutional affiliation, department, and email of corresponding author.
3. Word Limit:
Typically 250–300 words for Abstract and 3000-5000 for Full Length Article
4. Structure:
Abstract / Full Length Article should be structured under the following subheadings (if required):
Abstract Keywords: Provide 3–5 relevant keywords, separated by commas.
Background / Introduction: Brief context and rationale of the study.
Objectives / Aim: Clearly state the purpose of the research.
Methodology / Materials and Methods: Mention key methods, sample size, and design.
Results / Findings: Highlight the major outcomes (without tables or figures).
Conclusion: Summarize key implications or recommendations.
Discussion: Interpret findings in context with previous studies.
Acknowledgment- Mention funding agencies, contributors, or institutional support.
References: Follow a standard referencing style (APA, Vancouver, or as specified).
5. Formatting:
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, Spacing- 1.5
Alignment: Justified.
File Format: Word (.doc/.docx).
