Rules FOR DEBATE:

•  A speaker can speak either in English or Hindi (No mixed language allowed).

• Each speaker would be given three (3+ 1/2) minutes to speak.

•  If a speaker crosses the limit of three and a half minutes, he/she may lose marks.

•  Assistance from written manuscript may lead to adverse marking.

• While presentation if the participant is disconnected due to network glitch then only 15-30 seconds shall be provided for reconnecting. After that the decision of the judges shall be final in this regard.

• In case of issue/dispute, the decision of the debate organizing committee shall be final.

•  The decision of the judges would be final and cannot be challenged.

DRESS CODE:

All the participants are required to wear formals during the virtual presentation.

Students are expected not to reveal their identity during the presentation.  

CERTIFICATES

The following categories of certificate shall be given-

• Ist Best Speaker Certificate

• IInd Best Speaker Certificate

• IIIrd Best Speaker Certificate

•  Best Team Certificate

• Certificates will be given to all participating teams.

Note: Certificates (hard copy) shall be dispatched to all the participants so kindly mention the correct address in the registration form.
